I've tried using a Mac OS script to fix the problem, which did not work and this morning I tried putting Outlook in offline mode, sending a test message, then opening the Outbox to delete all messages. When I open the error log, the Error reads: Today it's tried 26 times already, and it's only 12:29PM. When I click on the little pop-up message I can see that Outlook tries to send this message (one I sent weeks ago) every few minutes.
